As far as we are concerned, it is inconceivable that we would send you a candidate without first ensuring that they have been extensively screened. We start by discussing the requirements with the client so we are clear about the job profile. We also make a point of visiting the workplace as part of our standard procedure. This enables us to assess the specific work requirements of the job in question and to gain a sense of the corporate culture. As a result, we only ever send you candidates that meet all of your requirements and are a good fit with your company.
Perfect qualifications
Regardless of whether you are looking for a single member of staff or a team of specialists, we will find precisely the right fit for your organisation. All of our candidates have a VCA certificate, Level 2, 3, or 4 training, or a specific intermediate vocational (VAPRO) or higher professional education qualification. Because they have the right qualifications, they are usually able to set to work within your company immediately.
