Functie omschrijving/werkzaamheden

  • Manage and develop production employees and engage them by being an inspirational leader and enable empowerment.
  • Motivate the employees with the  strategy and vision of the company - such that they strive for collaborative success.
  • Coordinate and optimize mid and long term supply capabilities in S&OP process.
  • Implement Advanced Manufacturing and lean manufacturing principles to eliminate various forms of waste and take care of a stable workload.
  • Own the daily cycle work processes of Manufex (OPN, AU) and play role of gatekeeper for Maintenance.
  • Ensure safe operation of the production plant and ensure lowest possible costs for operations.
  • Be an example to the management and employees through good working practices and dedication to achievement of good results.

 


Gewenste ervaring/opleiding/certificaten

  • Candidates should have a Master in Technology (Chemical) Engineering and are in their early or midcareer.
  • Required level of experience is minimal 5 years of relevant experience in process industry in technology or engineering related areas. Experience with Advanced Manufacturing is an advantage.
  • Managerial competences to manage a small size groups of people.
